Once you have seen that all dates are available you can work out an estimate of the cost yourself if you wish although i will always give the final cost by mail. In the left column is the weekly price so simply work out the number of nights you intend to stay in that week (row) and multiply by that price. For further weeks simply do the same calculation using although note that there may be a different price for the next row and then add to the first. Etc. If you are interested in a long let, typically over the winter months, and for above 1 month, please contact me direct as i can give you some really good deals - in January it was 25 Degrees! The charges are fully inclusive of water, gas and electricity and also air-conditioning/heating (saving 60€ a week on normal hotel rates).
Over the winter period for longer lets, even of 2 weeks the rate goes down to 200€ per week but due to cleaning charges single weeks need to be higher at £300

Change over day is generally Friday but there is flexibility on this. In essence i dont really care but if it means i would end up with 2/3 days unoccupied between rentals you may be quoted to include this at the prevailing rate
All pricing in British Pounds. Approximate Euro-Pound conversions are at the foot of the calendar. For lets of 3-4 weeks price is 10% Lower provided odd days arnt left over and except during peak seasons, For >5 weeks 20% Lower except during high season. Left hand column of each monthly grid shows approximate price for full week. Price range approximation is as follows:
